Wrap It Up is an Egyptian gifting brand specializing in premium breakfast gift boxes, Build Your Own Box experiences, balloons, and gift add-ons, with delivery services primarily covering Cairo and Giza.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. Your order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email or through our website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, delivery cannot be completed to your selected area or date, or we suspect fraud or misuse.

You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, including the recipient's name, delivery address, phone number, and preferred delivery date and time.

Products

All gift trays and gift boxes are prepared fresh and made to order.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual items may vary slightly due to seasonal availability or supplier changes.

Orders created through our Build Your Own Box service are prepared based on product availability at the time of production.

The freshness of our products depends on timely delivery and proper storage after receipt.

Once the order has been delivered to the address or recipient you provided, responsibility for the products passes to you or the recipient, subject to applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges may be included in or added to the final order total, as shown during checkout.

We accept the payment methods displayed on our website.

Payment must be completed successfully before we begin preparing and scheduling your order unless an alternative payment option, such as Cash on Delivery, is specifically offered.

Delivery

Our primary delivery areas are Cairo and Giza.

Selected delivery windows are estimated and may be affected by traffic conditions, building access, or recipient availability.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery window.

Additional delivery or rescheduling fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Same-day and scheduled delivery services, where available, are subject to order cut-off times and operational capacity.

Cancellations, Returns & Complaints

As our products are fresh and prepared specifically for each order, cancellations or modifications may not be possible once preparation has begun.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [customer@wrap-itup.com].

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

You may update your marketing preferences at any time through your account settings or by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights that cannot be waived under Egyptian law.

Your continued use of our website after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions for future orders.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights provided under Egyptian law.
